All EKOMAK screw compressors are designed in such a way that they can be easily accessed and serviced at every point while being manufactured. It can be serviced/maintained much faster and easier than other compressors.

SERVICE

We have 24/7 (7 days a week, 24 hours a day) service and spare parts service at certain points in Turkey and the world. All of our authorized services consist of personnel who have received the necessary training and are specialized in their fields.

In all our service vehicles and stations, tools and spare parts that can intervene in the compressor are available. Great attention is paid to the calibration of all instruments used.

In addition, the compressor undertakes all the controls and maintenance of the compressors by making annual maintenance agreements with its customers. As a result, the compressors are constantly checked by our services and all maintenance is meticulously carried out on time. The maintenance costs of compressors operating in this way are reduced. SPARE PARTS

EKOMAK screw air compressors are manufactured using larger capacity and higher quality equipment compared to other brands. For this reason, compressors work more silently and produce quality air without any problems.

In addition, EKOMAK compressors pay attention to product standards and keep all spare parts of all screw compressors it produces in its stock.

DAILY MAINTENANCE

Before starting the compressor, always check the oil level in the tank. If the oil level is low, add it. If you are adding oil too often, there is a problem. To understand this, review the FAULTS AND SOLUTIONS section. After doing a normal start-up, look at the indicators on the front panel and see that they all show the appropriate values.

WEEKLY MAINTENANCE

* CHECK OIL LEVEL.
* DISCHARGE WATER IN THE OIL TANK.
* CLEAN RADIATOR COILS WITH COMPRESSED AIR.
* CLEAN THE DUST FILTER.
* CLEAN THE SUCTION FILTER.
* CHECK THE INTERIOR.

AT THE END OF THE FIRST 800 HOURS

* GREASE WILL BE PRESSED TO THE ELECTRIC MOTOR BEARINGS. SEE ENGINE BEARING LUBRICATION TABLE.

EVERY 1000 HOURS

* CHECK CONTROL AIR CIRCUIT HOSES REPLACE IF NECESSARY.
* CHECK CONTRACTOR CONTACTS AND REPLACE IF NEEDED.
* REPLACE DUST FILTER.
* CLEAN RADIATOR COILS WITH NON FLAMMABLE CLEANERS.
* CHECK THE SEPARATOR DIFFERENCE, REPLACE THE FILTER IF CLOGGED.
* CLEAN SUCTION FILTER AND AIR FILTER, REPLACE IF NECESSARY.
* CHECK ALL OIL CIRCUIT RECORDINGS.

EVERY 2000 HOURS

* CHANGE OIL AND OIL FILTER.
* CHECK ALL OIL CIRCUIT RECORDINGS.
* CHECK ALL ELECTRICAL POWER CIRCUIT CONNECTIONS.
* CHECK THE BELT TENSION, IF THE BELT VIBRATES TOO MUCH DURING OPERATION, IT MUST BE RESTENSED AGAIN.
* CHECK ALL ELECTRICAL POWER CIRCUIT CONNECTIONS

AFTER EVERY 4000 HOURS

* REPLACE OIL PLUG O-RING.
* REPLACE SEPARATOR.
* CHECK ALL BOLT CONNECTIONS.
